Delivery Service

All products would be delivery on every day after the order confirmation. (Including the puiblic holiday)The delivery service will be suspended when Typhoon Signal No. 8, Red Rainstorm Warning or Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted.

Our Customer Service staff must contact you to confirm the delivery time by phone.

If customers have any special requirement on delivery time, please phone (852) 2558 0094 to contact our customer service officer.

If customers are not available to receive products as scheduled, the products will be sent back to the retail outlet and customers then need to pick them up by themselves.

Delivery Charge
Delivery service is free of charge when your order meets the minimum amount (after discount) HK$300 or above. Others delivery service available with a delivery charge of HK$30.00 for each purchase. (Excluding in some region, the detail of follow:)

＃Tung Chung need to receive extra delivery charge.
＃Island Service need to receive extra ferry fee and delivery fee, your order cannot meets the minimum amout (after discount) HK$300. The extra delivery charge HK$50 will be avalible.
＃Above service do not suitable to Catering.
